Abolition of Earmarks:
There is no reason to have these. The state legislatures do without them. Until they are abolished, Naomi will be a watchdog and advocate against earmarks.

Review of Treaties:
Naomi intends to review treaties with foreign countries that can lead to unfair competition for our own businesses.

English as the Official Language:
We need to become a stronger United States of America. Multiple languages impose a huge burden on taxpayers. Voters need to give educated votes, understanding what candidates have to say.

Comprehensive Security:
This includes respecting our military with fair rules of engagement and making sure that those who risk their lives for us are not unfairly prosecuted, and get all the benefits necessary when they return home including improved V.A. facilities.
It also includes enforcement of immigration laws. The' 9-11 terrorists' were immigration violators. Enforcement applies to the employment level, as well as restructuring the Department of Homeland Security.

Build the Fence Now.
No waiting for the "real I.D." or the “Virtual” fence: These are stall tactics by the Open Border Contingency. Too many excuses are given not to enforce the law while millions come here illegally.

Susan Davis is not a good Representative for the 53rd district.
 She was the only representative that spoke on behalf of costly attempts to remove the cross from Mount Soledad. She also joined in solidarity with the illegal aliens on one of their marches in Balboa Park! The comprehensive amnesty she supported would not have been in the best interest of American citizens. Among other problems it proposed was a $2000.00 “fine” to those who are here illegally. This is far less than is paid by those who go through the legal channels to gain citizenship.
Our national leaders need to have the political will to do what is right by citizens. This reckless lack of political will has caused a trickle-down effect of budget shortages from the national level to state and local levels. Also, we can not have true justice when our politicians enforce the law selectively.
